Reservation terms & conditions

A deposit of R550 per guest is required to secure your reservation, for tables of 8 or more a deposit amount  of R750 is applicable. Deposits are payable within 24 hours of making the provisional booking. Please be aware that non-payment constitutes a cancellation of the provisional booking.

ForOurFriends Supper Club:

• A deposit of R750 is required to confirm your booking.
• Pescetarian and vegetarian menus are available
• Limited dieataries can be catered for, regrettably no vegan, alium free, dairy free or alcohol free menus are available

Refund Policy

For tables of 4 or less a 100% refund will be given for any cancellation or modification made by the guest no later than 24 hours prior to your booking.

For tables of 5 or more a 100% refund will be given for any cancellation or modification made by the guest no later than 72 hours prior to your booking.

In the case of a late cancellation or no notification of alteration by the guest or a no show, the full deposit per cancelled or absent guest will be held.

Table allocation is subject to the capacity of the bookings on the day and at the sole discretion of management.
